Yes. Each set of gifts is wrapped and presented in a classic white box, tied with a green striped bow. Our boxes are designed to be kept: they're the perfect place for treasures and keepsakes. In addition, each box will be delivered in a corrugated shipping box so it arrives in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value for the same price. We will ensure that the substitute item properly complements the other items in the box so that the sentiment of your gift is not compromised.
Does it cost extra to have the gift items wrapped?
No, it's all part of the service. You choose the perfect gift, add some personal touches and we do the rest. Our aim is to make your gift look amazing (and make you look good) by sending exquisitely wrapped gifts in a beautiful keepsake box. We want your gift to be both special and memorable and make your chosen recipient feel on top of the world.
I'm sending a gift so I don't want the receipt or any prices included in the box - are they visible?
We never include receipts in our boxes or prices on any of your gifts - they will arrive beautifully wrapped, just as if you did it yourself.
Can I send a card or personal note with my gift?
Each gift box includes a hand-written card with your personal message. Once you have selected your chosen gift box, make sure you enter the name of your recipient (people do forget!) and your personal message before you click "Add to basket". You can also add a note at the checkout stage if you miss this step or want to add more information.
How long will it take my gift to arrive?
Orders take 1 working day to process and 2-3 days to arrive by standard delivery. We despatch Monday-Saturday with Royal Mail. Next day delivery is also available - see next question!
I need my gift to arrive tomorrow - can you do that?
As long as you place your order before 1pm Monday to Saturday and select "Next Day Delivery" at checkout, we'll dispatch your gift on the same day to arrive the following working day. (Orders placed on Saturday before 1pm will arrive Monday).
What if I need my gift to arrive on a specific date?
If you'd like your gift to arrive on a specific day, you can enter the date when selecting your box and we'll ensure it is scheduled to arrive on the correct date and not a moment sooner. If you want to be super-organised, you can plan all your gifting dates in advance, choose the perfect gifts and leave the rest to us!
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost to send a gift box?

I saw a gift box that I liked on your website a little while ago, but it's not there any more. Will it come back?
We're constantly working on new boxes and changing our gifts with the seasons. Sometimes our popular boxes go out of stock quickly, so you can use our handy online reminder service to be e-mailed when it's back in stock. If the box you had your eye on doesn't reappear, however, just drop us a line or give us a call and we'll work some magic - Contact Us.
Can I make changes or customise a box?
Yes of course you can. If you'd like to make a small change to one of our boxes (for example, due to an allergy or you'd just like to swap something), simply Contact Us and we'll do our best to arrange a substitute for you. If you'd like us to tailor a box specifically for someone special, we'd be delighted to help. Just get in touch via the Bespoke Order page and we'll work with you to create your own bespoke box.
