Yes. Each set of gifts is wrapped and presented in a classic white box, tied with our signature green bow. Our boxes are designed to be kept: they're the perfect place for treasures and keepsakes. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value for the same price. We will ensure that the substitute item properly complements the other items in the box so that the sentiment of your gift is not compromised.  

With our pre-curated boxes, the gift box and wrapping is included in the price.  If you choose to Create a Gift Box, then you need to add a gift box & wrapping to your basket along with your chosen gifts.  Our aim is to make your gift look amazing (and make you look good) by sending a beautifully presented gift in a keepsake box. 

We never include receipts in our boxes or prices on any of your gifts. Your parcel will arrive just as if you had delivered it by hand yourself. 

Each gift box includes a hand-written card with your personal message. Once you have selected your chosen gift box, make sure you add your personal message before you click 'Add to basket'.  You can also add a note at the checkout stage if you miss this step or want to add more information.

Yes of course you can.  If you'd like to make a small change to one of our boxes (for example, due to an allergy or you'd just like to swap something), simply Contact Us and we'll do our best to arrange a substitute for you.  If you'd like us to tailor a box specifically for someone special, we'd be delighted to help. Just get in touch via the Bespoke Order page and we'll work with you to create a completely individual gift box.  Alternatively try browsing our Create a Gift Box section for some inspiration. 


You can choose either our standard delivery (2 days) or next day delivery.  You will receive an e-mail notification when your gift has been dispatched which includes a Royal Mail delivery confirmation number.  This can be tracked using the Royal Mail tracking service so you'll know exactly when your parcel has been received.  We dispatch Monday-Saturday and any orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day.

As long as you place your order before 12pm Monday to Saturday and select "Next Day Delivery" at checkout, we'll dispatch your gift on the same day to arrive the following working day.  (Orders placed on Saturday before 12pm will arrive Monday).  

If you'd like your gift to arrive on a specific day, you can enter the date when selecting your box and we'll ensure it is scheduled to arrive on the correct date and not a moment sooner.  If you want to be super-organised, you can plan all your gifting dates in advance, choose the perfect gifts and leave the rest to us!
